Miller & Company prides itself on all of its agents
exceptional service when it comes to representing seller
clients. Real Estate Agents are independent
contractors, and therefore can usually provide any level
of service they feel necessary, and usually have nobody
to answer to if there is a problem. However, at
Miller & Company, we hold our agents to the highest of
standards and we take our customer service, as well as
our agents customer service, with the utmost importance.
Our agents are trained on the level of service that is
to be provided, and if that level is not provided,
Miller & Company, in the best interest of our clients,
will take the property recourses to insure that any
problems are solved swiftly, and to protect against them
happening in the future.
With that said, allow us

Our job is to protect
your best interests
Our Agents are Real Estate specialists, experienced in a
specific market and geography. The experience of our agents, lower
the risk associated with the sale of a home. Our
agents are effective strategists, they understand the
current market, so they can help you with
strategies that will get the right price for your home.
Our job is to get you the
best possible price
Our agents are trained to understand what market value
is, and to help you effectively price your home.
Buyers do not care about how much money is owed on a
mortgage, or how much equity a seller has, they just
want to get the home for the lowest price. Sellers
do not care about how much money a buyer has, they just
want the highest possible price. Our agents know
and understand this and are trained to find the middle
ground where the seller gets top dollar for the home,
and the buyer is happy with the price they paid.
Our job is to sell your home
as quickly as possible
Because our agents are so effective at pricing homes,
they tend to price them just right to sell. A
properly priced home can be sold within 14 days in our
current market. Our agents know and understand
this, and will do everything to make sure that the home
is properly priced to sell quickly, while still gaining
top dollar.

market your home
The universal truth behind marketing a home is that if
you list it on the MLS it will sell. However, that
rule doesn't specify a time in which the home will sell.
That is why we make sure your home is marketed.
Most Real Estate agents have to pay for marketing
themselves, however, Miller & Company plays a hand with
insuring your home is marketed. Many homes don't
get put into home for sale magazines, or marketed any
other way because the agents don't want to spend all of
their hard earned money marketing your home.
Miller & Company understands this thought process, and
in response, requires all of its agents to market their
listings. Miller & Company personally places all
homes listed for sale in both
The Real Estate Book and
Harmon Homes, Utah two largest homes for sale
magazines. This insures not only will your home be
visible throughout the valley in these books, but your
home will also be listed on the books websites, giving
you even more exposure.
Most Miller agents have their own websites. This
means your home will be marketing on their website, as
well as the search from our website. This will
allow your home to be listed on 5 different
websites with thousands of visitors daily to increase
the exposure of your home.
Our job is to
sell your home
The driving principle for all of our agents is "it's all
about the house". Miller will place a big
beautiful "for sale" sign in your yard. This will
produce phone calls to our office, where we have
experienced, trained agents, waiting to field these
phone calls and provide as much information as possible
about your house. These agents try to secure an
appointment with these callers, in hopes that your home
can be sold.
